Submission Guideline

Initial Paper Submission:
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers to ICCSPA20 that are not under review for any other conference at the same time. All submission should be written in English with a length between 4 to 6 pages (font  size 10, double column) following the standard IEEE conference templates that can be found at this link. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through EDAS.

New paper submission: October 30, 2020
Notification to authors: November 30, 2020
Final manuscript and author registration: January 7, 2021


Important: Please make sure that the paper title and the list of authors included in the submitted PDF file is the same as those included in the EDAS paper registration page.
To be published in the ICCSPA20 Conference Proceedings and possible submission for IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full registration rate and must present the paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to two papers.

Before Creating a PDF

  • Add the following copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document.

If necessary, contact Amer Zakaria at aszakaria@aus.edu for the appropriate copyright notice.

  • Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
  • Validate your paper on IEEE PDF eXpress and upload the validated version to the conference EDAS portal. Use conference ID 49915X on IEEE PDF eXpress.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

  • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: ieee-pdf-express.org
  • First-time users should do the following:
    1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
    2. Enter the following:
      • 49915X for the Conference ID
      • your email address
      • password
    3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

  • Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
