The conference organizing committee recommends looking for all possible options available online through Expedia, Booking.com or similar while choosing the option of free cancellation to avoid any charges in case of any possible travel restrictions.

Please note that Taxi/Uber fair from downtown Sharjah to the conference venue is about US$10-15 and from Dubai to the conference venue is about US$25-30.
